Choose any whole number from 5 to 100. Each seat is for one learner at a time. Pending invitations reserve seats, so you cannot accidentally allocate more than you purchased.

Select one or more papers and language versions, enter your company name and choose 5–100 seats. Review the annual total, sign in or create your purchaser account, and pay securely through Stripe. No enquiry form, quotation or sales call is required. After payment, open the company dashboard to assign seats.

5–14 seats receive 20% off. 15–100 seats receive 25% off. The applicable discount covers every seat and every selected paper on the licence, not just seats above the threshold. It is applied automatically and cannot be combined with personal member or other promotional discounts.

For each selected paper and language, we multiply its current individual 90-day price by four, then apply the corporate discount. Four individual periods cover 360 days; your corporate licence covers 12 calendar months. This is a transparent comparison basis, not an existing individual annual product. The page shows the comparison total, discount, annual price per learner and full annual charge before payment.

Yes. Select the paper and language combinations you need. Every seat on that licence includes all selected courses. English and Chinese editions are separate selections where available. If colleagues need different course packages, buy separate licences with their own seat counts. A bundle cannot be combined with a course already included in that bundle.

Yes. A new corporate licence provides 12 calendar months of access and is billed annually. It automatically renews unless you cancel the next renewal. All learners share the licence expiry date. The full annual charge and recurring terms appear before payment.

Managing billing and the dashboard does not use a learner seat. If the purchaser also wants to study, assign a learner seat to their own email address.

After payment, enter a colleague’s email and optional department in the company dashboard. Copy their secure invitation link and share it with that colleague. They sign in or create their own account with the invited email, accept the reporting notice, then open their courses in My dashboard. Links expire after seven days and can be reissued.

Yes. Remove a learner or cancel a pending invitation to free that seat, then invite a replacement. Company-funded access ends immediately for the removed learner. Their account and separately purchased access remain. A replacement receives access for the licence’s remaining paid term, not a new year.

Assigned and available seats, invitation and access status, editable departments, distinct questions answered, question coverage percentage, answer accuracy, recorded practice time and last study activity. HR can pause or restore access, remove or replace colleagues, filter the roster and export CSV reports.

Question coverage counts distinct answered questions in saved, completed practice attempts within the licensed question bank, from invitation acceptance onward. Repeating the same question does not increase coverage. Accuracy uses all recorded answers. New questions can change the percentage. These measures are study indicators, not official exam scores or a pass guarantee.

The purchaser sees the invited email, display name, department and licensed study activity recorded after the learner accepts the invitation. Passwords, payment cards, private support conversations and unrelated personal courses are not included. Learners see the reporting notice before joining.

Yes. The same purchaser can buy separate licences for different teams or course packages and manage them in one dashboard. Seats belong to their own licence and cannot be pooled across subscriptions. Contact Support to change a current licence’s size or course coverage.

Use Cancel next renewal in the company dashboard. Already paid access continues to the displayed expiry date. Removing learners alone does not cancel billing or reduce the annual charge. You can restore renewal before the subscription ends.

Update the payment method through Manage billing. A failed payment does not create a new paid year; study access expires at the end of the paid term. Once renewal payment is confirmed, eligible assigned seats are restored.

Paid annual invoices appear in the company dashboard with the billed amount and coverage period. The billing portal provides payment-method management and available Stripe invoices. Enter the correct company billing details at checkout.

No. Each colleague must accept their own seat and use their own login. Individual accounts keep progress accurate and allow access to be removed for one colleague without affecting everyone else.

Seats can be reassigned during the paid term. Unused seats and removed learners do not automatically create refunds or credits. Contact Support about duplicate charges or billing errors; the agreed purchase terms apply.

Yes. The purchaser is the corporate administrator. In the company dashboard, use Edit colleague to change a department or pause and restore a joined learner’s company-funded course access. A paused learner keeps their seat reserved; remove them to free the seat for a replacement. You can also cancel or reissue pending invitations. Each seat includes all papers selected for that licence. Colleagues manage their own login email and password.

Yes. After payment, HR creates an invitation for each colleague within the purchased seat limit. Once the colleague signs in with the invited email and accepts the invitation and reporting notice, all courses selected for the licence are enabled automatically. A confirmed annual renewal extends eligible assigned seats automatically. Paused and removed learners are not automatically reactivated. Invitations reserve seats but do not grant access before acceptance.

Yes. Each learner’s report shows distinct questions answered, question coverage %, answer accuracy, recorded practice time and last study activity. Coverage is the number of distinct answered questions divided by the licensed question-bank total; repeating a question does not increase coverage. Practice time totals the elapsed duration of completed quizzes with answered questions in the licensed bank since joining. It may include idle time and excludes reading, videos and unfinished attempts, so it is not an active-attention timer. Reports can be exported as CSV.

Yes. A new corporate licence provides 12 calendar months from the paid annual subscription start, with all assigned learners sharing the same licence expiry date. This is not a 30-, 60- or 90-day purchase. We use the individual 90-day price only as the pricing basis: multiply by 4, then apply 20% off for 5–14 seats or 25% off for 15–100 seats. A colleague invited later receives the remainder of that paid year. The licence renews annually unless you cancel the next renewal.
